You book a superior double room equipped with a kitchenette, a small wet room with a bathtub and toilet, and a SAMINA sleeping system.

The Casa Las Caglias was designed in the 1960s by Rudolf Olgiati as an apartment house with a total of 10 double rooms, equipped with a bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The house sits proudly on a rock from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains of Flims. It has a unique charm, the bright rooms are furnished with wonderful antique wooden furniture. On the entrance floor there is a ski and bike room as well as a boot room where shoes can be stored. Slippers are available. On the access floor there is a tea kitchen and a kitchen, which can be used on request. There is also a large dining table here. On the ground floor, which is reached via a spacious staircase, there is a living room with TV, fireplace and a small library. From here you reach a small garden with various seating areas. The apartment rooms can be reached via another staircase which leads to the top floor. From here you have an impressive view of the surrounding area of Flims from the terraces of the studios. The heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool can be reached via the neighboring house. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.

Check-in: From 4:00 p.m. Check-out: Until 10:00 a.m. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible upon request. Luggage can be stored in the ski/bike room. After booking you will receive an email with all check-in details.

There are two paid parking spaces directly in front of Casa Las Caglias (Fr. 16.-/night). Parking spaces must be reserved in advance and paid for on site. Other public, paid parking options are approximately 200 meters away. You can choose from uncovered parking spaces at the balloon meadow* or the parking garage at the school building for the winter months. *There is a night parking ban from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. from December 1st to March 31st.

Arrival by public transport: Postbus stop Flims Waldhaus Promenada - 5-10 minute walk. The house is located in a quiet residential area below the village of Flims. The village center and the mountain railways can be reached in a 10-minute walk up the slope. In the winter months there is a free shuttle bus service to the mountain railways.
